It can vary depending on the year and what works and what doesn’t each season. In addition, not everything is actually producing yet (like the hazelnuts and chestnuts).
In the Vegetable Garden:
Arugula, Basil, Cannellini beans, Green beans, Broccoli, Broccoli Rabe, Brussel Sprouts, Cabbage, Carrots (they do not play nicely in my garden), Cauliflower, Swiss Chard, Collards, Cilantro, Corn, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Fennel, Garlic, Kale, Leeks, Lettuce, Lovage, Mustard Greens, Daikon Radish, Okra, Onions (bulb and green), Parsley, Parsnips, Snap Peas, Snow Peas, English Shelling Peas, Sweet and Hot Peppers, Potatoes, Winter Squash, Tomatoes (all sorts), Tomatillo, Zucchini, to name a few.
In the Perennial/Berry Garden:
Asparagus, Black, Red and White Currants, Strawberries, Raspberries, Black Raspberries, Juneberries, Blueberries, Hazelnuts, Rhubarb, Chestnuts, one Pine Nut (that’s a 15 year long experiment!), Pawpaws.
In the Orchard:
13 kinds of Apples (grafted from trees from Thomas Jefferson’s orchard at Monticello), 2 kinds of Bush Cherries, 3 kinds of Peaches, 2 types of Pears, Pluots (a cross between plum and apricot), 2 kinds of Apricots, 2 kinds of Plums, and a few other edible Dogwoods (yes, some you can eat the berries, although I haven’t yet), and Juneberries. Oh and honey bees!
